A Chat With Tim ("I-taught-him-everything-he-knows") Hunter

Way-y-y-y back when (pretty close to the Dark Ages, if memory serves), I met the wild and wacky Tim Hunter. We both worked at KQOT-AM, a little itty-bitty pissant rock and roll radio station in Yakima, Washington.

While *I* got out of radio back in the 80's (sort of), Tim stayed for a long time, working his way up to the Big Leagues in Seattle. He has a weekly comedy mailing list I highly recommend you subscribe to (but don't tell him I referred you... he'll probably charge you for it if you do). Email him at timhuntercs@outlook.com, and he'll set you up.

He also does a weekly podcast, and not too long ago he and I sat down and reminisced about the Good Old Days at the converted farmhouse that served as our radio station, some of the antics we pulled, and the crazy old coots who ran the station.

You can listen to it here.

You Light Up My Life.
