The Most Completest List of Gibbs Rules, Ever

According to the NCIS Papa Protagonist Leroy Jethro Gibbs, there are a set of Rules that he lives by, and also teaches to the people with whom he works. Failure by one of his team to follow any of the said Rules is typically followed by a slap to the back of the head.
